How to sign up

The SMS opt-in checkbox appears when you submit a quote request through our online catalog. Here's the exact flow a customer goes through:

Step 1 — Build your order Visit kaulesscreenworks.com/catalog and browse our garments. Click "Add to Cart" on the items you want.

Step 2 — Open the quote form Click "Get Quote" at the top of the page. This opens a form with fields for your contact info and order details.

Step 3 — Fill in your info + check the box Enter your name, email, and phone number. Below the phone field, an unchecked opt-in checkbox appears. To receive SMS order updates, you must actively check this box before submitting. See the exact wording and appearance below.

Step 4 — Submit the quote request Click "Send Quote Request". Your consent is captured with a timestamp and stored alongside your order. You'll receive your first SMS confirming the request was received.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on order activity. A typical order generates 2–6 messages over its lifecycle (quote confirmation, artwork approval, production start, pickup notification). We do not send messages between orders. We do not send marketing or promotional content of any kind.

How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message from (412) 844-5811 at any time. You will receive one confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent to that number for any active or future orders.
